Hey y'all! Another week coming up. Keep up the good work and don’t back down. Upcoming activities for this week are as follows  :

  • Home Evening every Monday at 7:00pm

    • This week: Arizona vs BYU Basketball

    • Where: Institute

  • Wednesday at 6:00pm

    • Evening institute class ("Brother Bauer Power Hour")

    • Food at 7:00pm (in the gym), games afterwards combined with both wards

    • This week: Chair Soccer

      • Game Night and Dinner 6-8 PM

    • Board games and friends are always an option whether an activity is planned or not

    • Institute - 1333 E 2nd St

  • Friday Ward Temple Trip 01/30. Tucson Temple

    • Baptisms 6:30 PM

    •  Endowments 6:00 PM (Appointments are not needed for attending the baptisms, but will be needed for attending the endowments)

  • Club Spotlight: Social Dance Club - 7PM

      • Adaptive Institute class 6-6:50 Rm 102 – Gentle and slower paced 

      • Pickleball - 7 PM

      • Institute class, Bro Reynolds Discussion - Saints Vol 1(26-35 age class)  – 6 PM

    • Friday

      • Basketball - 7PM

      • Magic the Gathering - 6 PM

      • Social Dance - 7PM

 

  • Church meetings every Sunday at 1:00pm

    • Sacrament Meeting

    • Food afterwards

    • If you can't find parking at the institute, nearby uncovered lots on campus are free on Sundays

  • Ward Choir every Sunday at 3:30pm

    • All abilities are welcome!

      • Special thanks to Orlando Rodriguez for keeping this up to date!

    • Give something new a try, even if you're skeptical - you might find something you like! I discovered a love for dancing at social dance nights every Saturday night and recommend that to everyone. We need lots more men to show up - no one expects you to be an exceptional dancer, just being willing to try is enough.

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:

  • Temple Cleaning 02/03: Arrive at 8:45 PM, Doors lock at 9, Must be endowed and have a current temple recommend

  • 02/13 YSA Valentines Party: Save the Date! Details to come.

  • Film Festival: Oscars style viewing party,

    • Looking for creative types interested in chairing this in late March. Groups & individuals will submit a 3-4 minute short movie they’ve created.
